Desire Panel

Payment & Privacy Policy

Payments on Desire Panel should be made only through the methods and instructions displayed inside your account. Never rely on payment details sent by an unverified person or a social media message.

Payment instructions and credit

Check the method, recipient, amount, currency and any required transaction reference before paying. Automatic methods may credit after the gateway confirms the transaction. Manual methods require review. A screenshot or a pending gateway status alone does not confirm receipt. A transaction reference cannot be reused for another credit.

What payment information is needed

The panel may keep a payment method name, amount, currency, transaction reference, status, timestamps, proof submitted for manual review and limited verification metadata. The payment gateway handles the details required by its payment flow under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not enter full card numbers, CVV, PIN, passwords, wallet recovery phrases or one-time codes into a panel note or support ticket.

Sensitive information and proof

Where proof is requested, hide unrelated transactions and unnecessary account or card details. Share only what is needed to verify the specific payment. Staff access is controlled by permissions; public services and policy pages do not display your payment records.

Currency, fees and crypto

The amount and settlement currency shown at checkout take priority. Display conversions use the panel's configured rates and can differ from a bank or gateway rate. Follow any stated fee instructions. Cryptocurrency transfers require the exact supported asset, network, address and memo where required; an incorrect network or address may be unrecoverable.

Missing, duplicate or disputed payments

If credit is missing, provide the payment ID, transaction reference, date, method and amount through Support. Do not submit the same deposit repeatedly. Duplicate charges, unauthorised payments and approved reversals are investigated under the Refund Policy and the gateway's applicable rules.

Security and retention

Payment records may be retained for reconciliation, disputes, abuse prevention and applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not share your panel password, API key or verification codes. If you suspect unauthorised payment activity, contact the payment provider promptly and notify panel support.
