Desire Panel

Privacy Policy

This page explains how Desire Panel handles information used to operate accounts, orders, payments and support. The payment-specific details are also described in our Payment & Privacy Policy.

Information used by the panel

Depending on the features you use, records can include your name, email, username, optional contact information, account preferences, order links, service selections, transaction references, support messages and security logs. Security logs may include IP address, approximate location, device or browser information and sign-in activity. An IP-based location is an estimate, not a precise GPS position.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver orders, verify payments, provide support, investigate errors, prevent abuse and maintain financial or security records. Order links and requested quantities may be sent to the provider needed to deliver the service. Statistics checks may send the public target link or identifier to the configured data provider.

Providers and third parties

Payment gateways, hosting, email, security and delivery providers process the information required for their functions under their own policies. We do not publish your private account or payment records on the public services page. External links lead to services whose privacy practices may differ.

Cookies and website modules

Session cookies support sign-in, security checks and preferences such as display currency. If the website owner enables analytics, chat or advertising modules, those providers may use their own cookies or identifiers. Browser controls can limit cookies, although disabling essential cookies may stop account features from working.

Access, retention and security

Access to private records is limited by account roles and operational need. Information is retained as needed for service delivery, dispute handling, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. No online system can promise absolute security. Protect your credentials and report suspicious activity through support.

Your requests

Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of your account information. We may verify account ownership and retain records needed for unresolved orders, fraud prevention or applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or authentication codes in a support request.

Updates and contact

Changes to this policy are published here. For privacy questions, use the support channel in your account or the contact details shown in the website footer.
