Refill protection applies only to services that explicitly include a refill guarantee. A refill replaces eligible lost delivery; it is not an additional purchase or a promise of permanent retention.
Check the service first
Look for Refill ON, the guarantee period, waiting time and any limit in the service description. No-refill or NR services do not include a free refill. Manual refills require support review. A paid refill, where offered, has its own clearly displayed terms and charge.
Eligibility
The original order must be complete and within its advertised guarantee period. Keep the same link, username and public visibility. The observed count must be below the eligible delivered level and the drop must be verifiable. Organic losses, unrelated orders, changed or removed targets and platform restrictions may prevent a valid claim.
Requesting a refill
Open Orders, find the completed order and use its Refill option when available. If the service offers manual refill or the button is missing despite a stated guarantee, submit a support ticket with the order ID and original link. Wait for the service's minimum refill delay and do not submit repeated requests while one is pending.
Amount and timing
The eligible replacement is limited to the confirmed drop attributable to the original order and its advertised maximum. Start count, order quantity, provider records and current statistics may be reviewed together. A public count by itself does not distinguish an order's delivery from organic activity. Refill speed is an estimate and depends on the platform and provider.
Limits and exclusions
The service description controls the guarantee duration, number of requests and supported target. Refill does not restart or extend the original guarantee unless explicitly stated. Additional orders to the same target, private accounts, changed links, deleted content or activity that prevents measurement may make a claim ineligible. If a valid claim cannot be fulfilled, contact support for review under the service terms and Refund Policy.
